About This Role

Join an early-stage venture as a Founding Full-Stack Developer to build ambitious, integrity-driven AI systems. This role involves architecting core product infrastructure and shaping the technical roadmap from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build core product infrastructure across frontend, backend, and APIs
• Translate product vision and research prototypes into scalable, production-ready systems
• Design data flows, system interfaces, and performance-critical services
• Work closely with founders and AI researchers to ship rapidly
• Establish engineering best practices, testing frameworks, and deployment pipelines
• Prototype quickly, iterate relentlessly, and help define the technical roadmap
• Contribute to defensible IP and foundational platform capabilities

• Strong full-stack engineering background with modern web and backend systems
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments
