Own the data foundation for an AI-first medical practice, building pipelines to transform messy healthcare records into clean, actionable data. You will work alongside clinicians to design infrastructure that powers real-time medical decisions, directly impacting patient care and health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Build ETL pipelines to ingest and normalize FHIR, HL7, and CCDA medical record formats
- Design and maintain scalable data models on AWS optimized for AI retrieval and processing
- Extract structured clinical data from unstructured sources like scanned PDFs, XML, and HTML feeds
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience processing complex healthcare data and document extraction workflows
- Deep knowledge of healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, and PII handling requirements
- Proficient in Python and using modern LLM tools for development
