About This Role

This role is a technical lead for strategic enterprise customers, deploying an AI SRE platform, resolving reliability challenges, and turning operational pain into product insight. It operates at the edge of innovation, solving mission-critical customer problems and shaping product direction.

Responsibilities

Deploy and optimize the AI SRE platform in production
Monitor deployments and uncover reliability risks
Advise customers on best practices
Architect scalable, resilient infrastructure
Lead incident reviews and improvements
Train SRE / DevOps teams
Act as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering

Requirements

4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering
Customer-centric mindset
Strong communication skills
Code understanding (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Kubernetes
Infrastructure as Code
CI/CD tooling
Observability tooling
Active user of AI tools

Qualifications

4+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering
