About This Role

Supervise and perform property maintenance tasks as a Services Technician, specializing in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs for a contract-to-hire position in Fort Worth, TX.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in building systems & repair, maintenance planning, and vendor management
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Texas Driver's License

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience with building systems & repair, maintenance planning, and vendor management, including two (2) years of supervisory experience.
