Lead and manage crews in the installation and maintenance of underground telecommunication systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed and project timelines are met. Train crew members and resolve issues with property owners.
Responsibilities
- Lead crews to meet project timelines
- Help with training of crew members
- Read and understand blueprints
- Help ensure everyone is following company safety policies, OSHA, and DOT regulations
- Assist Supervisor with day to day activities
- Speak with property owners about work to be performed and resolve any issues
- Safely use heavy equipment and machinery
- Perform work in all weather conditions
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- At least three years of related work experience
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and work experience preferred
- At least three years of related work experience; previous Foreman experience preferred
