Ford Internet Salesperson

About This Role

As an Internet Salesperson, you will be the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, manage in-person guest interactions, and ensure customer satisfaction to drive vehicle purchases and increase retention.

Responsibilities

• Actively respond to internet inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with internet guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guests to bring them in for proper vehicle demonstration and transaction
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day

Requirements

• Full-time availability
• At least 18 years old
• Acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Customer service or general sales background (like electronics, appliances, real estate, B2B, marketing, etc.)
