The Foodservice Sales Analyst II supports strategic, data-driven decision-making within the Sales and Marketing teams. This role involves analyzing sales performance, uncovering trends, and conducting root-cause analysis to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance. The analyst will develop KPIs, deliver actionable insights, and support reporting needs across the business.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic, data-driven decision-making within Sales and Marketing teams
- Analyze sales performance to uncover trends
- Conduct root-cause analysis to recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Develop KPIs and deliver actionable insights
- Support reporting needs across the business
- Interpret complex business data, helping shape distribution strategies
- Manage distributor incentive payments
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Sales Operations, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business analysis, economics, computers or mathematics
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau, MS Excel, Access, Word and Power Point
- Ability to apply scientific methodology to business issues, including problem definition, data collection, fact establishment, and valid conclusion drawing
- Ability to apply conclusions to generate concrete business solutions
- Knowledge to perform advanced business and statistical analysis; comprehend and apply principles of algebra, mathematical operations to tasks such as frequency distribution; analyze variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis
Qualifications
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Sales Operations, Business Administration, Economics, or other related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in sales, business analysis, economics, computers or mathematics
