Food Systems Project Coordinator

About This Role

This role will support food systems initiatives, ensuring project coordination, administrative tasks, and operational support. The coordinator will maintain project documentation, track progress, and assist with reporting to combat hunger.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry for food systems programs
• Maintain organized digital and physical files for program documentation
• Prepare and compile reports for internal teams and external stakeholders
• Assist with procurement, invoice processing, and vendor communications
• Track deadlines for grant reporting and assist with compliance documentation
• Communicate effectively with staff and community partners
• Provide coordination support for assigned projects, including meeting logistics, documentation, and follow-ups
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, trackers, and status updates
• Support preparation of agendas, meeting notes, and project communications
• Track project milestones and deliverables, escalating risks or delays as needed
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries

• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Prior experience in project coordination, administrative, or operations roles preferred
