Food Prep Team Member

About This Role

This role involves providing excellent guest service, maintaining a clean restaurant, preparing and serving food items, and upholding food safety and operational standards. The team member will handle cash, sales, and inventory records while adhering to company values and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Prepare and serve food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Keep accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
• Follow all government laws and safety codes
• Complete reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy

• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
