Floral Merchandiser

About This Role

As a Flower Merchandiser, you will ensure our floral arrangements are perfectly displayed and maintained in stores. You will act as the face of Falcon Farms, interacting with clients and contributing to the goal of bringing color and joy to customers through flowers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers
• Prepare stores for festive demand during key dates (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas)
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments
• Support teammates with special activities when needed
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders
• Walk and stand for most of the shift

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations
• Internet access and a smartphone
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May)
