Floating Teller

About This Role

Serve members as a Floating Teller, accurately processing financial transactions and cross-selling products across multiple branches. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately, including deposits and withdrawals
• Assist members with account questions and financial options
• Help members understand products and services that fit their needs
• Stay up to date on banking policies and procedures for smooth and secure transactions
• Promote and cross-sell financial products to help members achieve their goals
• Work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and growing skills
• Represent MCCU with professionalism and genuine care for members
• Support any of the three branches as needed (mileage included)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in cash handling
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
