About This Role

This F&ES Specialist (Junior) role is responsible for supporting Higher Headquarters Assessments and ensuring compliance with installation protection programs. The specialist will assess various protection program areas including Mission Assurance, Risk Management, and Emergency Management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the performance of the F&ES contracted scope of work
  • Conduct Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHAs) relative to IMCOM's missions and assets
  • Assess all components of the installation's Protection programs using DoD Benchmarks and applicable Army, COCOM, Service Component Command, and IMCOM requirements
  • Assess program areas including Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, CBRNE, COOP, Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Supporting Infrastructure and Operations Security (OPSEC)

Requirements

  • Former position or experience as an installation or equivalent F&ES and Protection Assessment experience ICW P2MR2
  • DoD fire & emergency services experience (>10 years)
  • Installation protection program compliance inspection/assessment experience (>10 years)
  • Secret security clearance
  • 3+ years experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience; 10+ years DoD fire & emergency services experience; 10+ years installation protection program compliance inspection/assessment experience
