About This Role

This Finance Operations Lead role is a hands-on, execution-focused position responsible for managing Accounts Receivable and day-to-day Accounts Payable for a small, remote organization. The role involves clear ownership of billing, collections, cash application, expense processing, and QuickBooks, working closely with sales and operations to ensure financial visibility.

Responsibilities

• Own Accounts Receivable and day-to-day Accounts Payable
• Manage billing processes
• Handle collections and cash application
• Process expenses
• Maintain QuickBooks records
• Partner with Sales and Operations to resolve billing issues
• Provide regular visibility into cash position and aging reports
• Coordinate with external controller support for monthly close and reporting

Requirements
