Finance Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

About This Role

This internship offers an ambitious and analytical student the opportunity to join Ripple's FP&A team, working on quarter-end projects and developing data-driven analysis to improve the global financial system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing quarterly financial reports and variance analysis
• Update departmental budget tracker with actuals, revised forecast, and headcount
• Collaborate with department budget managers, accounting, and other finance partners to expedite the monthly close process
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly reporting and financial commentary for the Q2 Board of Director meeting
• Build relationships with key business partners across the organization and assist with ad hoc projects
• Prepare revenue analysis model for Ripple products, highlighting trends and providing recommendations for H2 2026

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree
• Available to work for 12 weeks during Summer 2026, beginning in May or June
• Intent to return to degree-program after the completion of the internship
• Proficient abilities in Microsoft Excel and Google suite
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Able to develop and deliver effective presentations to business partners

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferably in a Major in Finance, Accounting or related field

Nice to Have

• Prior Anaplan, Tableau or programming experience
