Filter Technician 1

About This Role

This role is for a Filter Technician 1 who will be responsible for independently servicing a territory, primarily replacing air filters and performing basic HVAC maintenance for retail and commercial customers, often working at heights and outside in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Independently service an assigned territory
• Replace air filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance
• Work primarily on rooftop air ventilation and HVAC systems
• Connect with people from various backgrounds
• Manage time and duties effectively while traveling

Requirements

• Strong work ethic
• Flexible mindset
• Age 21 or older (for company vehicle operation)
• Good driving record (no DUIs or multiple infractions)
• Live within 10 miles of Springfield, MO
• Comfortable and confident working at heights up to 40 feet
• Ability to use extension ladders
• Weigh less than 275 pounds (ladder safety requirement)
• Comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
• Willing and able to potentially work 50+ hours per week
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

Nice to Have

• Experience in facility and/or grounds maintenance
• Experience in construction
• Experience in cable installation
