Provide critical field service and technical support for industrial metal fabrication machines, ensuring customer satisfaction through preventative and corrective maintenance, while managing extensive travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize, schedule, and complete machine service for customers
- Prepare and submit documentation for efficient invoicing
- Maintain company property for safe operation and maximum life
- Efficiently manage business expenses to maximize profitability
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and assist in the establishment of preventative maintenance schedules with customers
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience with industrial maintenance (or related military experience)
- Troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic principles
- Strong diagnostics and technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Able to travel overnight at least 75% of the time
- Superb communication skills with an emphasis on customer service
- Strong PC and organizational skills
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with industrial maintenance (or related military experience), to include troubleshooting
