This role will lead on-site technical assessments, installations, and maintenance for complex additive manufacturing projects, ensuring seamless integration of products into client operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing client support and training, and collaborating with the engineering team for process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site technical assessments
- Perform installations and maintenance for complex additive manufacturing projects
- Troubleshoot issues and address technical inquiries
- Ensure seamless integration of products into client operations
- Assist in project planning
- Perform field tests
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with the engineering team to drive process improvements and innovations
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical technical drawings
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- MS Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- English language proficiency (Level C1/C2)
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Robotic field
- 1-3 years of experience in Field Engineering in manufacturing complex systems (Machinery, Automotive etc)

- Specialization in Additive Manufacturing
