The Field Sales Executive for Maersk Ground Freight's LTL team will drive growth by expanding the customer base and delivering strategic logistics solutions. This role involves leveraging Maersk's global product portfolio and collaborating with various teams to shape the future of logistics.
Responsibilities
- Grow the customer base for Maersk Ground Freight's LTL network
- Deliver strategic logistics solutions to customers
- Leverage Maersk’s global footprint and diverse product portfolio to drive results
- Collaborate with local, national, and global teams
- Manage multiple priorities independently
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Balance client visits, account development, and team collaboration
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven sales success
- Strong customer focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset for complex supply chain challenges
- Experience using Salesforce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of proven sales success, preferably in ground transportation logistics or freight forwarding
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in ground transportation logistics or freight forwarding
