Serve as a trusted consultant for homeowners, educating them on roofing solutions and generating leads through neighborhood engagement. Schedule free estimates for the Outside Sales team while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads by walking designated neighborhoods and engaging prospective customers
• Educate homeowners on Erie Home's solutions and schedule free, no-obligation estimates with the Outside Sales team
• Represent Erie Home with high quality and professional standards, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Achieve individual and team goals each week

Requirements

• Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Friendly, outgoing personality not shy about starting conversations
• Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors daily in various elements (extended walking/standing required)
• Quick learner, open to coaching, and possess a positive, resilient attitude
• Reliable transportation to and from the office
• 18+ years of age
