This role involves implementing, deploying, and training customers on proprietary software applications across various teams. The Implementation Analyst will manage project tasks throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful deployments.
Responsibilities
- Execute and deploy customer project work plans and transition plans
- Configure various software, technologies, services, and interfaces on Keefe Group hardware for customer sites
- Execute hardware, software, and new technology upgrades and maintenance at customer sites and regional distribution centers
- Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical, and resource constraints
- Develop training session plans to enrich customer knowledge of proprietary software and technologies
- Execute varying levels of training to Keefe Group customers nationwide on system use
- Execute training to Keefe Group operations staff on new technologies or upgrades
- Configure and execute systems integration projects from initiation to completion
- Document all service, training, configuration, and upgrade activities
- Provide escalation help to the support team concerning customer project deployments
- Provide advanced problem solving, troubleshooting, and system consultation to customers
- Provide recommended accounting guidelines within proprietary financial software and assist with financial reconciliation
- Provide solutions and input on project problems and challenges
- Direct the work of onsite vendors related to hardware installation
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an IT-related field
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems (Windows XP and above)
- Experience with Windows Server 2008 and above
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite 2010+, including Office 365
- Familiarity with XML
- Basic understanding of networking hardware and concepts
Qualifications
- 3+ years in an IT-related field
Nice to Have
- Experience working with IBM DB2 databases
- Experience working with Oracle databases
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with DataStudio
- Familiarity with DBeaver
- Experience with PowerShell
- Experience using DB2 command line tools
