This role will provide clerical and administrative support to the operations construction department, including scheduling work orders, data entry, and project administrative tasks, for an all-fiber telecommunications provider.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of clerical and administrative functions supporting the operations construction department
- Schedule work orders, communicate with business partners and field personnel, and handle project administrative tasks
- Process and coordinate construction work orders, service order closings, and permit applications
- Assist with tracking purchase orders, invoices, change orders, and approvals
- Prioritize workflows throughout the day
- Manage subcontractor communications
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, or claims, and assist in processing resolution of customer complaints
- Collect and analyze operations daily work logs and field reports
- Track, analyze, and audit contractor invoicing
- Assist in generating daily, weekly, or monthly production reports
- Support quality control auditing efforts
- Assist in compiling compliance reports for engineering such as SOCII
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in a clerical or administrative position
- Good interpersonal skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient with routine office equipment including computer, telephone, copy machine, fax, and two-way radio
- Current Arkansas driver's license without prohibitive violations

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years in a clerical or administrative position
