Lead design development for a global luxury fashion brand, conceptualizing and delivering seasonal collections, researching trends, and collaborating on fabric and print development. Ensure fit, finish, and quality standards are met while creating iconic, fashion-forward pieces.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director and Senior Design Directors to conceptualize and deliver seasonal collections
- Research fabric, color, silhouette, and trend inspiration each season
- Attend fittings and oversee garment development to ensure fit, finish, and quality standards are met
- Collaborate with our textile and print team on the development of exclusive artworks
- Support in creating samples for press, fashion week, look books, and showroom presentations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer
- Proven ability to design statement pieces that are both creative and commercially viable
- Strong sketching skills, hand and digital (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Solid understanding of garment construction, fitting, and production processes
- Experience working with international factories and managing product development
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Passion for bold, feminine fashion with a global appeal
