Join the Farmers Insurance team in Central Alabama as an Insurance Sales Representative, engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and protect their assets. This role involves developing community relationships and contributing to a growing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships and networks throughout community
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly and understandably
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration
Requirements
- Sales and Customer Service Experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Self-Motivated
- Organizational Skills
- Willingness to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and customer service is essential. Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

- Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients
- Experience in retail sales or similar environments
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively for informed decision-making
