About This Role

This Full Time Facility Custodian role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and organized woodworking manufacturing facility at Fetzer Architectural Woodwork. The position supports the company's high standards of craftsmanship by ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.

Responsibilities

Empty trash and debris containers throughout the production floor
Sweep shop floors and maintain clear walkways
Perform general cleaning tasks as needed in shop areas
Monitor shop areas for cleanliness and potential safety concerns
Clean and maintain lunchroom, break areas, and other shared spaces
Perform general cleaning in office areas
Restock supplies as needed

Requirements

Reliable with consistent attendance
Able to work independently and stay on task
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in an active woodworking manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace
