Join WinTech, an employee-owned company specializing in building materials, to fabricate and assemble products, ensuring quality and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities
- Follow all written and verbal instructions
- Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
- Work cooperatively with the production team to meet due dates and output goals
- Cut, fabricate and assemble materials as required
- Inspect finished products for defects to ensure quality standards are met
- Assist in lifting, carrying and moving heavy loads as required
- Stand and walk during assigned shift hours
- Perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure efficient production and deadlines are met
- Work overtime when requested, which could include Fridays and Saturdays
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk during assigned shift hours
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and lift up to 60 lbs. regularly
- Stable work history
- Good attendance and punctuality
