The Full-Time Extraction Technician will work in the laboratory at TerrAscend to create extracts and medical marijuana products, operating machinery and ensuring efficient processes while adhering to state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery to create extracts and medical marijuana products
- Ensure processes are efficient
- Follow state-mandated regulations and procedures
- Accurately fill out all associated logs and tracking records
- Safely handle hazardous materials (Butane, Propane, Ethanol, etc.)
- Adhere to safe chemical handling and disposing procedures defined by SOP’s and MSDS
- Help conduct R&D to improve efficiencies in the extraction process
