The Extended Care Associate at Ashley Addiction Treatment supports clinical and medical teams by fostering a structured environment for patients in recovery, encouraging engagement, and facilitating community connection.
Responsibilities
- Support clinical and medical teams in managing the Extended Care patient community
- Foster a supportive and structured environment for patients
- Encourage patient engagement and adherence to program guidelines
- Facilitate a sense of community among patients
- Assist with life-skills training
- Assist with recovery-focused activities
- Assist with clinical support sessions in group settings
- Assist with clinical support sessions in one-on-one settings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active CPR certification
- Valid Maryland Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in addiction treatment
