Experiential Events Operator

About This Role

The Experiential Events Operator will support event operations by transporting, setting up, and managing residential appliances, HVAC, and battery storage equipment at various event locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tow vehicle and trailer to transport mobile lab to event locations
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and trailers
• Manage setup and breakdown of mobile lab equipment at events
• Coordinate with event teams to ensure timely delivery and proper placement of the lab
• Represent the client professionally and positively at all events
• Share product or program information with event attendees in an engaging manner

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Familiarity with event setup processes and handling fragile equipment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting vehicle/trailer issues
• Customer service mindset with problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and time management under tight deadlines
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment
• Professional appearance and ability to engage positively with clients and event attendees

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical coursework in Electrical Technology, Renewable Energy Systems, HVAC, Energy Efficiency, Event Management, or Logistics preferred
