Responsibilities

• Assist customers by identifying and providing the correct parts for their vehicles
• Manage parts inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing parts efficiently
• Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels
• Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues related to parts orders
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role preferred
