Join Buchanan Kia as an Experienced Parts Advisor, supporting the service department by fulfilling parts orders, managing inventory, and assisting customers with their automotive parts needs. This role requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual passionate about delivering exceptional service in Westminster, MD.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers by identifying and providing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Manage parts inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing parts efficiently
- Work closely with service technicians to ensure timely availability of required parts
- Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and inventory levels
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues related to parts orders
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to obtain the best pricing and delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar automotive parts role preferred
