Easy Honda is currently seeking experienced automotive accounting professionals in Houston, TX. This role involves managing daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance within a dealership setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and deposit posting
- Handle deal posting and verification processes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Execute floorplan reconciliation
- Coordinate with title clerk activities
- Support month-end close processes
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Provide payroll support as applicable
- Complete general ledger entries and reconciliations
Requirements
- Automotive dealership accounting experience
- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
Qualifications
- Automotive dealership accounting experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience with dealership management systems (CDK, Dealertrack, DealerSocket, etc.)
