About This Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance
  • Monitor food quality and safety standards
  • Assist with overseeing Team Members as needed

Requirements

  • Work authorization in the United States is required

  • Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef
  • Prior team leadership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
  • Familiarity with budgeting and meeting revenue goals while maintaining cost standards
