- Assist in managing kitchen operations, providing leadership and guidance
- Monitor food quality and safety standards
- Assist with overseeing Team Members as needed
Requirements
- Work authorization in the United States is required

- Prior experience as an Executive Sous Chef
- Prior team leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
- Familiarity with budgeting and meeting revenue goals while maintaining cost standards
