Executive Producer

About This Role

This Executive Producer role involves leading delivery across high-volume, fast-paced, and integrated campaigns. The successful candidate will oversee cross-vertical projects, manage budgets and scopes, and lead a team of producers. This is a strategic role focused on driving impact and steering the full production function within a digital-first agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Complex Campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of web, social, app, and integrated brand campaigns, ensuring excellence, efficiency, and impact from SOW to wrap-up.
• Oversee Producers: Guide, coach, and QA the work of mid-level and senior producers, leading by example with an eye on team growth and creative delivery.
• Act as Client Anchor: Build trusted relationships, lead strategic conversations, anticipate needs, prevent issues, and drive toward client-satisfying outcomes.
• Own Budgets & Resourcing: Estimate accurately, staff smartly, and maintain margins while stretching budgets without compromising quality.
• Elevate Process: Streamline workflow, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to benefit internal teams and external partners.

• Experienced Executive Producer/Project Manager with a background in fast-paced ad agency environments, ready for team leadership and end-to-end 360 Integrated digital campaign delivery.
