Executive Director - Non Profit

About This Role

Serve as the principal executive and strategic leader of GHLF, translating vision into action, strengthening global presence, and building organizational infrastructure for long-term sustainability. Guide strategy, partnerships, programming, governance, and operations in close partnership with the Founder and Board of Directors, representing GHLF across the global healthcare leadership ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maturation of GHLF as a global nonprofit institution
• Define and steward the Foundation’s vision, mission, and core values
• Establish GHLF’s positioning and identity within the global healthcare landscape
• Develop and articulate clear focus areas and impact priorities
• Build and foster strong relationships with founding members, partners, and stakeholders
• Design and implement frameworks that deliver measurable, mission-aligned outcomes
• Provide direct oversight of leadership roles to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution
• Provide executive leadership across all GHLF initiatives and operations
• Lead the development and implementation of key programs and initiatives
• Oversee the SOLVE Innovation Hub, advancing solutions to healthcare inefficiencies

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, global health, nonprofit leadership, or related fields
• Sophisticated understanding of healthcare systems, innovation, and value-based care
• Demonstrated ability to convene, align, and inspire senior stakeholders across sectors
• Strong executive presence, judgment, and communication skills
• Strategic and entrepreneurial orientation toward building enduring institutions
• Deep personal commitment to empathy, service, and nonprofit-driven global health impact

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, global health, nonprofit leadership, or related fields. Demonstrated ability to convene, align, and inspire senior stakeholders across sectors.
