About This Role

Join a team of part-time event support staff traveling across the country to coordinate and facilitate meal packing events, helping to fight hunger and make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients and volunteers, ensuring excellent customer service during Hunger Projects
  • Educate volunteers about U.S. Hunger and its initiatives
  • Coordinate and facilitate Hunger Project event setup and breakdown
  • Ensure food safety guidelines are followed

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Enthusiastic, strong interpersonal skills, and positive attitude
  • Attentive to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with large groups of people
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and move around on a floor for hours at a time
  • Background check and driving history report required

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
