Esthetics Instructor

About This Role

Inspire and educate aspiring estheticians in a supportive environment. Guide students through practical application and theoretical understanding of esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup, and nail services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations in esthetics
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment conducive to learning
• Develop curriculum and instructional materials that meet state standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of education

Requirements

• Active Esthetics license in the state of Indiana
• Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for educating and mentoring future beauty professionals
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles to meet diverse student needs
• Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm EST availability

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred. Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
