Inspire and educate aspiring estheticians in a supportive environment. Guide students through practical application and theoretical understanding of esthetics practices, including skincare, makeup, and nail services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations in esthetics
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a welcoming and organized classroom environment conducive to learning
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials that meet state standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of education
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state of Indiana
- Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for educating and mentoring future beauty professionals
- Ability to adapt to various teaching styles to meet diverse student needs
- Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm EST availability
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred. Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
