This role is for a licensed Esthetician/Cosmetologist to provide expert waxing services, build client relationships, and maintain a professional environment at Waxing the City. The position offers paid training and opportunities for career growth within the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Implement customer service standards to exceed client expectations from inquiry to ongoing relationship management
- Maintain a clean and professional environment
- Provide efficient, effective, and high-quality waxing services following all defined standards
- Support and protect the company culture
- Adhere to all service provisions and sanitation standards
- Inform and educate clients on service offerings, retail products, and membership programs
- Build and retain clients through social platforms, community engagement, and marketing efforts
Requirements
- Current State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
- A passion for waxing and the beauty industry
- Time Management Skills
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Flexible and adaptable individual who embraces being a part of a team
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Self-Motivated
