Esthetician Learning Leader

About This Role

Educate, motivate, and mentor future esthetics professionals in both technical and guest service skills. Create engaging, objective-based learning experiences and foster a positive learning environment within the clinic classroom.

Responsibilities

• Educate, mentor, and coach Future Professionals in esthetics technical and guest service skills
• Create engaging clinic classroom experiences using Objective-Based Education (O.B.E.), mini classes, and learning centers
• Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback to support growth and development
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professionalism
• Support all clinic classroom systems while maintaining school standards and culture
• Collaborate with fellow Learning Leaders and team members to continuously improve education and student outcomes
• Participate in school events, activities, and team-building initiatives to enhance the overall student experience

Requirements

• Experience instructing at a Cosmetology or Esthetics school
• Current esthetics and instructor license
• Previous education and salon experience
• Strong organizational, coaching, and communication skills
• Skills in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and return on investment
• Solid work history with verifiable references
• Passion for the esthetics industry, honesty, and professionalism
• Ability to motivate, inspire, and connect with students of diverse backgrounds

Qualifications

• Experience instructing at a Cosmetology or Esthetics school, previous education and salon experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with Paul Mitchell products
• Knowledge of Paul Mitchell Schools' cultural and technical systems
