Estates Recreation & Amenities Associate (Villa)

About This Role

This role is responsible for servicing and maintaining all amenity areas within the Villa, ensuring proper use, cleanliness, and exceptional owner experiences. The associate will diligently prepare and maintain various recreational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Service all amenity areas in the Villa, including Aquafit, Ice Rink, Bowling Alley, Movie Cinema, F1 Simulator, Golf Simulator and Billiard Room
• Ensure proper use of facilities and adhere to cleanliness standards
• Refill and pick up towels in fitness & spa areas
• Check and refill waters in the fitness area
• Wash, dry, and fold dirty towels
• Clean and organize laundry room, aquafit areas, 4th floor, lobbies, and Circus Maximus
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the theater, including organizing blankets and preparing popcorn upon request
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Complete checklist and special project assignments by end of shift
• Report any damage or maintenance problems via Building Link
• Turn over lost and found items to Security
• Clean and refill coffee stations and bottled water in mail rooms
• Assist in residents’ events
• Wipe down counters, surfaces, and gym equipment; re-rack weights
• Ensure studio, salt room, SPA amenities, treatment room, and other amenities are clean and organized before, during, and after events
• Assist Estates staff with resident and leadership requests

Requirements

• Fluency in English (verbal and non-verbal)
• Ability to perform job functions consistently and meticulously with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• Ability to exercise time management skills
• Ability to be a clear thinker, remain calm, and resolve problems using good judgment
• Ability to follow directions thoroughly
• Ability to pro-actively anticipate and fulfill Owner needs in a timely manner
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with co-workers
• Display integrity and maintain an industrious work ethic with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of Owner information and pertinent property data
• Basic Food & Beverage experience
• Open Availability + Work PM Shift between 2:30pm to 2am
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to remain standing and walking during an 8-hour shift

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent vocational training

Nice to Have

• Previous experience cleaning luxury properties
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning of high-end finishings
• Fluency in a foreign language (preferably Spanish)
• Experience in the hospitality industry in a similar position
• Previous guest relations training
