Responsibilities

• Facilitate the closing process, ensuring all legal and financial transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review closing documents
• Manage escrow accounts
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure funds are disbursed properly
• Provide exceptional client service

Requirements

• Experience in Closings and Escrow processes
• Notary designation and knowledge of applicable notary practices
• Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions
• Strong Customer Service skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software systems and tools
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in the title and escrow industry
