Surety Systems is seeking a driven ERP Recruiter to identify and build relationships with top ERP consultants for complex client projects. This role involves intensive training in high-demand technologies, conducting interviews, and rigorous screening to ensure the highest quality talent.
Responsibilities
- Undergo intensive training to become well-versed in high-demand technologies like Oracle, SAP, and Workday
- Proactively reach out and develop long-term relationships with "go-to" consultants in the industry
- Conduct phone interviews to assess technical skills, personality traits, and cultural fit
- Identify top-tier consultants for current needs and strategically build a "bench" for future projects
- Conduct thorough phone calls, including reference checks, to ensure candidates meet "best of the best" standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1+ year of post-college professional experience
- Exceptional communication skills (spoken and written)
- "Do-what-it-takes" personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Integrity to be honest with candidates
