Entry Level Territory Sales Specialist, Wound Closure

This Entry Level Territory Sales Specialist role at Corza Medical focuses on driving growth in non-acute markets for wound closure and surgical products. The individual will build relationships with healthcare professionals and manage a defined geographic territory to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined non-acute territory to meet or exceed sales goals for Corza Medical’s Wound Closure and surgical product portfolio
• Identify and convert new customer opportunities through prospecting, product presentations, and follow-up
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians, clinical staff, and procurement/purchasing teams
• Conduct in-services, product demonstrations, and staff education sessions to support product utilization
• Develop account strategies that increase product adoption and market share within assigned territory
• Monitor customer activity, market trends, and competitor actions; communicate insights to sales leadership
• Maintain accurate sales and activity records using CRM (Salesforce.com)
• Demonstrate a proactive, self-motivated approach to managing sales activities, time, and travel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (B2B, healthcare, or related fields)
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Ability to travel within territory and occasionally overnight
• Must live within the assigned territory area
• Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements
