Join a dynamic automotive dealership as an Entry Level Service Technician to perform vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role involves communicating with service advisors and executing repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Entry level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic Computer skills
