Service Champions is seeking an ambitious and career-oriented Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join their team. This role involves performing routine preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems and developing strong client relationships, supported by a 9-week paid technical training program.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Use hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance.
- Accurately document services performed and recommendations made.
- Adhere to quality and safety standards.
- Continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in various climates and tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Integrity and commitment to promoting a positive company image
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow directions and work independently
- Results-driven in a high-energy environment
Qualifications
- No prior residential HVAC experience is required.
