Entry Level HVAC Service Technician

About This Role

Service Champions is seeking an ambitious and career-oriented Entry-Level Field Service Technician to join their team. This role involves performing routine preventative maintenance on residential HVAC systems and developing strong client relationships, supported by a 9-week paid technical training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Use hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional service, clear communication, and education on system maintenance.
• Accurately document services performed and recommendations made.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Continuously update job knowledge through educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work in various climates and tight spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Integrity and commitment to promoting a positive company image
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow directions and work independently
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment

Qualifications

• No prior residential HVAC experience is required.
