About This Role

Provide essential non-medical home care services to clients, supporting their activities of daily living and maintaining a comfortable home environment. This role is ideal for those seeking to start a career in healthcare, with training provided.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, and toileting assistance
Provide mobility support and transfers for clients
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
Prepare and feed meals if needed
Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and tidying up client's space
Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to a supervisor
Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and other required screenings
Reliable transportation
Familiarity with memory care practices and behavioral support strategies

Nice to Have

Previous caregiving, PCA, or home care experience
