Enterprise Project Manager

About This Role

The Enterprise Project Manager Consultant will lead Medicaid Systems Operational Management, overseeing critical eligibility and enrollment systems and directing project collaboration tool implementation. This role is crucial for maintaining business-critical functions at the SCDHHS.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medicaid Systems Operational Management
• Oversee teams supporting business-critical eligibility and enrollment systems
• Direct and manage the implementation and administration of project collaboration tools, currently utilizing the Atlassian Suite

Requirements

• 3+ years managing system operations and/or administrative functions
• 3+ years project management experience related to system operations and administrative functions
• Ability to provide incident management on call and after hours
• Experience in managing external vendors and coordinating deliverables
• Experience managing a ticketing system for application support

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing system operations and/or administrative functions and 3+ years project management experience related to system operations and administrative functions.

Nice to Have

• AWS Cloud Certifications
• Atlassian Suite Administration experience
• Prior experience managing operations of Medicaid Enterprise Systems
• Strong ability to create presentations and prepare reports for stakeholders
