This role involves leading end-to-end PLM initiatives for clients, optimizing business processes, and designing solutions. The primary focus is on project delivery, leveraging functional expertise to guide successful PLM adoption.
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-level PLM projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Define scope, requirements, objectives, assumptions, and delivery roadmaps
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and schedules
- Lead risk identification, issue tracking, mitigation strategies, and change control
- Provide accurate project reporting for clients and internal governance
- Build, mentor, and guide cross-functional delivery teams
- Ensure alignment on goals, outcomes, and deliverables
- Support pre-sales efforts (estimates, demos, proposals, RFP responses)
- Engage with business stakeholders to analyze and document engineering/manufacturing-focused PLM requirements
- Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend process improvements aligned with PLM best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of PLM project leadership, delivery management, or functional consulting experience
- Experience managing PLM programs such as implementations, upgrades, integrations, or migrations
- Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill or other leading PLM platforms
- Consulting experience
- Strong understanding of engineering and/or manufacturing processes
- Experience in PLM configuration and solution design
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced consulting environment
- U.S. citizenship
Qualifications

- 10+ years of PLM project leadership, delivery management, or functional consulting
Nice to Have
- PMP Certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery tools
