Enrollment Coach

About This Role

Support prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment at UMass Global, utilizing a consultative sales approach to help them achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospective students from inquiry through registration and matriculation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students
• Communicate UMass Global's unique value proposition
• Advise prospective students on suitable programs and requirements
• Create and maintain an accurate roster of prospective students in CRM
• Collaborate with the team responsible for recruiting and enrolling students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Experience maintaining accurate records in a CRM or student databases
• Ability to work autonomously with high initiative
• Comfortable being measured on enrollment targets and performance metrics
• Good communication, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of consultative sales
• Strong technical and computer skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience related to admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales
