Enrollment Advisor

About This Role

This role involves consulting with prospective students to guide them through the application, enrollment, and onboarding process for various academic programs. The Enrollment Advisor determines student needs, demonstrates how programs can meet those needs, and supports students until program start.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve daily targets for call volume, customer service time, initial contacts, new applications, and new completed files
• Achieve term enrollment targets assigned per program
• Meet Call/SMS/Email Quality Score as communicated by enrollment leadership
• Participate in 1:1 coaching interactions and self-assess performance for improvement
• Effectively communicate with prospective students via call campaigns, SMS, chat, and emails
• Build and manage an active pipeline of leads
• Advise prospective students using a consultative enrollment process to determine program fit
• Effectively follow departmental lead management guidelines for all leads
• Utilize database tools to efficiently track interactions and progress of assigned leads
• Adhere to Title IV and FERPA compliance standards

Requirements

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure with tight timelines
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work occasional evenings (until 9:00 PM) and Saturday shifts

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution and/or appropriate combination of education and significant experience

Nice to Have

• Experience within a sales-focused distributed contact center, inside sales, and/or customer service
• General knowledge of college admissions and recruitment
