Energy Program Evaluator

About This Role

This position is responsible for determining eligibility for energy assistance programs by reviewing applications, interviewing applicants, and computing income criteria according to Federal, State, and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Determine eligibility for energy assistance programs
• Review applications for energy assistance
• Interview applicants to gather necessary information
• Compute income criteria in accordance with governing regulations and policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma
• Two years of experience in application review/screening, interviewing, policy application/dissemination, office billing, or public contact work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency diploma
• 2 years of paid full time or part-time/volunteer equivalent experience in application review/screening, interviewing, application and dissemination of rules/regulations/policies, billing in an office environment, or public contact work. College training may substitute on a year-for-year basis for experience lacking.
