Requirements
- Endodontic Residency Certificate
- Accredited Dental School Graduate
- Current applicable State Dental License (or ability to acquire one)
- Current CPR certification
- Current DEA license
- Current NPI
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery or equivalent, Endodontic Residency Certificate
- 2 years of experience preferred
Nice to Have
- 2 years of experience in Endodontics
